Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Red Rock PC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all computer repair services provided by Red Rock PC in Washington County, Utah.

Services Provided

Red Rock PC provides mobile computer repair services including but not limited to:

  • Virus and malware removal
  • Hardware diagnosis and repair
  • Data recovery and backup
  • Operating system installation and updates
  • PC tune-up and optimization
  • Network and WiFi setup
  • Custom PC builds
  • Screen replacement and hardware upgrades

Service Area

We provide on-site mobile repair services throughout Washington County, Utah, including St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, La Verkin, Leeds, Toquerville, and surrounding areas.

Free Diagnosis

We offer free diagnostic services with no obligation. After diagnosis, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the issue, recommended solutions, and a price quote. You are under no obligation to proceed with repairs if you choose not to. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, there is no charge.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are provided as estimates during diagnosis. Final pricing may vary based on the actual work required. We will always notify you of any price changes before proceeding.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle
  • For larger repairs, payment plans may be available upon request
  • Emergency/same-day service incurs an additional $25 fee

Warranty

90-Day Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering both labor and parts supplied by us.

Warranty terms:

  • If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will fix it at no additional charge
  • Warranty covers defects in parts we supply and workmanship
  • Warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Warranty is void if the device is damaged, modified, or repaired by another party after our service
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse

No Fix, No Fee Guarantee

If we are unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. This guarantee applies to the repair service itself and does not include parts that have already been ordered or installed at your request.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your device and the issues you are experiencing
  • Back up your important data before service when possible (we are not responsible for data loss)
  • Disclose any passwords needed for diagnosis and repair
  • Be present or available during scheduled service appointments
  • Provide a safe working environment for on-site repairs

Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data with care. During repairs, we may need to access files on your device to diagnose issues. We will never intentionally access, copy, or share your personal files, photos, documents, or any sensitive information. For data recovery services, recovered files will be provided directly to you and any copies we made will be securely deleted. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your device and data, you acknowledge that:

  • Red Rock PC is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damage to your device
  • We are not responsible for data loss; customers should back up data before service
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for software licensing issues or compatibility problems with third-party software

Abandoned Equipment

Equipment left with us for repair must be picked up within 30 days of notification that the repair is complete. After 30 days, we will attempt to contact you. Equipment not claimed within 60 days of completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled appointment at any time. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations so we can accommodate other customers. There is no fee for cancellation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
